Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4: Factor 5 cancelled Wii development, and sold it?

Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4 for Wii was definitely in development by Factor 5. This was revealed in a new lawsuit by ex-Factor 5 employees following the company’s recent closure of the U.S. studio. The lawsuit claims that Factor 5 “fraudulently” transfered aspects of the game to another company before they claimed bankcrupcy while also refusing to pay their employees. But the more interesting aspect to gamers is not just the fact that the game was indeed in development for the Wii.
