This past Friday, Matt “Positron” Miller, Senior Developer on City of Heroes made a forum post aimed at clearing up some confusion. Some forum-goers had mistakenly confused the game’s upcoming Going Rogue expansion with Issue 16, so “Posi” dropped in to clear things up. So there has been some speculation on the boards about the content of Issue 16, and its relationship to the Going Rogue expansion. Due to some poor link naming in the initial Going Rogue email.
